    BizHub 350 No Power

Nedd help with a BizHub 350 that will not power on. When you plug it into power the light on the right side of the control panel turns on. But when you press the power button it doesn't do anything. Nothing on the screen at all and you don't hear the machine doing anything. We sent 2 of the boards into Hytec to get repaired and they repaired the Main Power Supply 4040620101 and the PWB-A 4040010103 they tested and said was working fine. When we put them back in it was still doing the same thing. What should we try next.

It looks like the MFB/ firmware.Try to rewrite the firmware using the card slot on the right side of the scanner. I bet you will have to change that board [MFB3] that the card slot is on. It also has the nvram on it. Last time I had a black screen, that was it. The NVRAM is most likely still good.

Ive seen the same exact symptoms - and all it was, was the screen connector going from the PWB board to the screen.

Check that your connections on the board are solid (its the blue one) its pretty common if it has a fax kit, that at some point a tech has pulled the board forgetting to unplug everything and caused an issue.
