    bizhub c450 not allowing for reports to be printed

    I have another bizhub c450 that when you get into the screen to print reports by the utility counter/user setting/printer setting/print reports
    the print button never turns green to print.

    Suggestions?

      Letter paper needed in tray 1. or must be oriented LEF or SEF, or load paper in bypass and try both orientations

          Ditto that. The older bizhubs will only print internal reports from tray #1. You'll need to have 11 x 8 1/2 or 8 1/2 x 11 present in tray #1. =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
