I was trying to figure out if there is any way to get the post script installed on a bizhub pro 950. KM discontinued it so going to them to get it is unfortunately not an option. Is it just a firmware update or can some one let me know of a way?

PCL XL comes standard, PostScript is an upgrade PS-504. We installed a few of these kits in a school district running mostly Macintoshes.
It looks like they go for $496 USD.If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
