BizHub C6501 - Using a Mouse Instead of Touch Screen

I had read other posts in this forum that suggest I can use a USB mouse when my touch screen dies.

Can anyone advise how to get this to work? I have plugged a USB mouse into the Fiery Controller but never see the pointer on the screen.

If you could provide a step by step process, I would be very grateful.

Hi Mike,

I believe there's a panel you remove on the back of the 'arm' that the screen is mounted on (the pivoting cylindrical section) - at least I think it's around there!

I am very grateful that you posted the photo! I would never have thought to look under the little plastic cover as I always thought the mouse plugged into the Fiery Controller.
