Konica C454 and 454e problem Turn Portrait copies to landscape

When we copy a lot of documents through the feeder and all the copies are Portrait, the documents all of a sudden turns landscape. What is the fix for this ?

make sure paper is loaded in tray the way you want.. in user/admin tools ROTATE image of and set paper to portrait

auto rotate should be on and all the sensors should be clean.
run the ADF tray width adjustments and lead edge stop adjustments with the black box sheet that came with the feeder.
