[Error Code] Bizhub C552 C-3822

Got a call about this machine. Low heat and guy had someone come out and swap fuser and relay bd. No change. Knows how to reset. Printer control Bd or IH unit or power supply? anyone seen this? TIA

I would replace the IH power supply (IHPU) next.

its either hold the utilliy key down then turn on machine wait for dot then let go of key when trouble reset shows in screen the touch that says ok turn off then on or iots hold reset key down turn on machine. think its the first one
