C6500 Frozen

Hello everyone. I have a C6500 with a very abnormal situation.
Has any of you ever dared to press button SW2 on the PRCB board during the operation of the equipment?
The machine attempts to boot the PRCB card.(At this point, the machine does not change its position. Its frozen).
This equipment presents this situation in a normal day-to-day printing operation.
Whichever occurs first, print or adjust.
Any feature other than board replacement?

Usually that sw2 button will allow you to install new features on your printer... I recomend reinstalling firmware. From what i recall that board can be used on c6500 and 1050 too. there are 4 little buttons there... for c6500 1 should be on and 2-3-4 off, and for 1050 all off.
Change them back to the setup for 6500 and try to reinstall firmware.
