Konica c35 dash marks

    Konica c35 dash marks

    Konica c35 has dash marks 1 inch wide down last side. Don't see marks on drum. Also get c-6790 code every now and then. If not drum what could cause dash marks. Thanks

      Dev. Clean or replace if over life. Comes as IU.

          Check your transfer belt. I had one recently with a series of small squares on the prints. I was thinking it was the mfp board as it looked like a generated image, however it turned out to be the transfer belt not cleaning because it was blocked up. I cleaned out the waste area and the fault went away.
