    IC 409

    i have installed a c451 with an ic409 ,printing and scaning are working fine, but when i try to look at setting of fiery on copier i am just getting a please wait msg. the customer has 5 pc's and 2 apples mac connected..i need to get of test prints and pantone charts...please help
    If at First you don't succeed remove all evidence of ever trying!

    Have you tried to log into the Fiery via your web browser?
    Type in the IP address of the Fiery, and click on the webtoolslogog ofr a hidden popup.

    You can also access what you need via Command Workstation.

      thanks got chart via cmd workstation, gateway was set incorrectly was able to reset when i used web browzer
