The second time I had this problem on the same machine I decided instead of replacing the alignment plates again I would adjust the mechanical centering on all trays to the rear a few millimeters then use centering in service mode to realign image on paper. This way the paper doesn't line up on the edge of the plate. That was 2 years ago and I have had no more problems with that since.Comment
