    Need some Help...

Need some Help... KONICA C6501 (sorry BC)

    Replaced all consumables recently...

    PM, Drums, DV, Corona Units.....
DV units are all within spec.
Laser Units have been replaced and have less than 2m on them.

    2017-11-02 17.59.36.jpg
***LINE IS IN MAIN SCAN DIRECTION (even though the photo is rotated)

Line/Void does not repeat seems almost random to me...
    Swapped drums, stays with CYAN
Replaced CYAN DV unit and DV, stays with CYAN

    Suggestions?

Winning solution get BEER/WINE/EIGHTH of WEED on me

Did you say what manufacturer/model this is on? Can we safely assume that it's some kind of color copier? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Could it be a drive blur? Have you looked at registration rollers, registration roller drive, transfer belt drive? Confirming that you said Main Scan = Crossfeed? Is the media excessively heavy?

The picture is heavy stock, but within spec...

This photo is just a test print on 60# accent digital

          C & M at 120 percent...

do they fail? I have a pulled one that is good, with almost 6m on these should i replace all 4?

                Black Cat... get this

with some help of a real tech, he/we found the DEVELOPING COUPLING ( that drives the DV is severely worn) so in the OLD DV unit works OK, but will start skipping, in a NEW DV unit makes almost no contact...

                never seen that before.

Can you order them as an assembly?

                  Firstly, congratulations on your find.

No I haven't seen this before. Just make sure that the drive coupler in the rear frame is also in good condition, or it may prematurely start skipping again. =^..^=
