make sure the sliding shutter is opening to allow toner into the IU.
hopper may be clogged. vacuum out the hopper.

Unless you cheat the front door switch, the bottle will not rotate. If you did, the "Hopper Drive Unit" is probably bad. Some popped off the e-clip, bent the post of the 4030078800 Hopper Drive Unit (Toner Clutch). That's a bring a snickers bar repair! At least 1.5 hrs if you never did one. Min. 45 minutes if you've done plenty. Longer if there's a finisher to remove.
More commonly the foam pads under the solenoids rot & stick, causing a C2557.

Be sure they are using TN211 if OEM toner. The TN311 OEM is for the BH362. Lots of people shopping around get it wrong and then contort or force the bottle. If the sub-hopper solenoid is open, trying to add toner to the image unit, there is a distinctive, fast tick a tick a tick sound during the drive cycle. If not, it thinks the sub hopper is empty and bottle should be turning, so since it isn't turning, back to the toner clutch/hopper drive unit.
