Bizhub c652 TCR level Black to High C-2558

hi.

C 652 black print is poor, the TCR level is 14.20 which means high toner density detection in developer but there is no toner in the developer! i have changer the developer but the machine get stuck at C 2558!

I presume there is toner in bottle and hopper and it is supplied to the Dev.

If it is then:

Print 20x A3 K halftone at full 255 gradient and then "teach" the TCR sensor in Dev unit that it has incorrect TCR level due to being in New environment. To do it select Manual toner add in service mode.

Have you changed only developer on developer unit?
If there is bad or no TCR sensor connection it give high TCR value.
Check your TCR sensor connection.

yes the toner bottle and the hopper is good.

i cant print any test patters due to machine stuckon C 2558.

If there is bad or no TCR sensor connection it give high TCR value.
Check your TCR sensor connection.

Which developer you put in, also what kind of toner you are using, generic or original. I have a bad feeling about your toner and developer.

So that is not an OEM part.

Fit a genuine KM dev unit that will resolve your issue.

Ur dv tank is short on developer qty and it is over toned.
