    Black streaks on copies / printout - bizhub c552

    Helo everyone,

    Attached are the samples from bizhub c552 which was recently replaced with MFPB , hand drawn arrows indicate paper feed direction, so far i have tried PH relay board, flat cables and firmware rewriting with no visible improvement...am i faced with another MFPB replacement?

      Is that a mirror image? Is that function turned on? =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          By mirror image do you mean the copied image? if so this happen to both printing and copies as well, i haven't quite understood when you asked if the function is turned on...what function please/
