Here we go again: BH-C-25 or BH-C-3110?

Can get the C-3110 from a wholesaler for a good price and the C-25 for an even lesser price. Have a few C-25 outside and rather good experiences. Is the BH-C3110 just as "good" from a technical point of view? I mean are there any serious issues to expect?

    Thanks for your opinion.

If your customer does not need anything fancy then rather the devil you know than the devil you don't.
Don't know the C3110 after the experience with the C35/B36 we avoid anything similar. The C3850 is the boss.
If it uses the same scanner as the C35 with the same lamp its a no from me. The paper feed is also poor needing some
mylar mods to work ok, then there was C0094/C0096 codes for the transfer retraction. That is if its the same as a C35.

And the white one way clutch for the feed roller locks up on both the C25 and C35.

The worse thing i had on a C25 was a noisy scanner.
    Whatever

Sorry to hear you can get them. We try to avoid those small machines like the plague!! Can't stand salesman who sells them like they are supposed to run like a big machine!

Got quite a few c3110s out there and apart from a firmware update early on to cure an error code they haven't caused any major problems. So far I've only had image unit failures and feed rollers wearing, so nothing out of the ordinary.

the 3110 uses charge rollers now instead of coronas, more easily contaminated and impossible to clean. outside of higher image unit failures they are generally better than the 25/35 series, however i wouldent own either of them.
