[Dead] BIZHUB 751 FROZEN

Hie, i need help. My bizhub 751 is frozen on the konica minolta logo after i turn it on and wont proceed past that.

Anyone know what i can do?

Reload the firmware.

IF you are a tech.. all the instructions are in the manual and the firmware is on the support site.

IF you are not a tech.. break out your wallet and pay a tech to do it

Im in Zimbabwe and we dont have support and techs to help. i have the manual but id appreciate some guidance. I bought this machine in South Africa and my small business literally relies on it PLEASE HELP...

1. Bare wires exposed on the wiring harness connector for VR3.
ICP on the PRCB is OPEN.

2. Failed Scanner Driver Board.

3. The HDD or corrupt code on CF card
Try disconnect the hdd to ON.

bizhub 421 not booting ( only barhanging on display )

1) thread dead since 2017
2) You should really PM the user that had the files you desire (copy right vio's)
3) read forum rules pertaining to copyrighted/pirated softwares (such items are restricted to certified techs)
4) Consider becoming a Contributor to CTN
