[Misc] IP Address setting through service mode.

Bizhub C550. I was trying to install firmware throught FTP method. Since the machine is on error, the administrative option is not available. Is there anyway to change the IP Address information of the printer through Service mode? Thanks

C-C164. I wanna install a firmware with FTP but the machine IP setting is on Auto. I want to change that.

C-C164 indicates the wrong model firmware has been installed. Simply write the correct firmware to your 128mb compact flash card and rewrite it to the machine. It shouldn't be any more difficult than that. The important part is making sure you have the correct model firmware.
