hie guys
i have a di 2010 which i changed developer and drum for a client. and did run f8. but challenge is its giving me a brown background and then the letters are coming out in white.

hi - surprised you can still get developer and drum for this old girl.
Sorry to ask but did you clear the maintenance and drum count before you did f8. And was it definitely Konica parts and toner.

if you rebuilt this you did it wrong. you have a charge problem. and yes like last post clear counter for drum and dev. turn machine off go back in and make sure they cleared then run f8
