[Electrical] Bizhub 654e ,two strips on the touch panel after switching on.

Hello .After a power failure, the copier stopped functioning properly. After turning on two bands appear on the touch panel . We tried to replace all logic boards, but without result. The MFP board firmware update ends with a message = Not good = . We will be grateful for any advice.

Does the machine restart by its self?

So it does get to the firmware upgrade menu?

when doing firmware load one file at a time. its pain but it should go. i have seen certain levels stop with this message if bizhub secure is done or sometimes the flash drives make a difference. but do try one at a time

I have seen that before, when you update from some firmware versions you have to update the display as well, it's a different method but does the trick.

After Firmware Update we we get a message
= Error. This is invalid External Memory . Please make sure the External Memory =
= MFP Comtroller Download N.G. ( ADF , Scanner , Printer Download Completed ) =

sounds like the sd board is cattle trucked

We replaced MFP board and NVRAM card - the copier is functioning normally .
