BizHub C364e "Service notification failed"

How do I get rid of the "service notification failed" message? I read some stuff on google and on this forum but it wasn't clear. Can someone please explain in detail how to turn it off.

I'm assuming whoever had this machine before was setup for remote care?

Just go into tech rep / csrc and initialise the data in both settings. Reboot the machine and that will be that...
