3C40 error code on Konica Minolta Magicolor 4695
Any ideas on what this might be? I found a 3C00 and a 3C10... Both say it is a security issue and to reset it by turning off and on, or to contact Konica Minolta? PLEASE HELP!!!

Thanks a lot for the info... Do I need to update both the engine and controller firmware? Is there any way to use a zip drive or do I need to do it through the network?
