Had an FS 537 finisher that would sometimes not eject the paper on c658 with 200K on it. The issue was the center edge guide would not push the paper far enough for the grippers to grab it. Tried cleaning the one way gears swapping motors. In the end replacing the pre-eject drive motor sensor. so far it is working fine and KM Tech support was no help. Hope this helps some of you.
