bizhub c3850fs... a bunch of error codes...

I did some research on my error codes and here is what I decided on based on service manual...

    jam 66-02
figure its either ps104 or adf paperfeed kit
could not get a part number for ps104 so just grabbed number for harness that seems to have all parts attached... and got the separation roller part number...
    A121PP0800

    jam 66-33
it says read and registration sensors...
could not find those in the part manual... closest match was...
    am I even close...
    A121PP0900

    jam 12-01
figured jamming in clutches... rollers already replaced...

    clutches
    2 -- A011M20000
    1 -- 4537332401

    jam 72-28
    can't find the parts manual...
    need part numbers for
(FSPS8) alignment tray trailing edge sensor
(FSPS9) alignment tray leading edge sensor
    ps-13 finisher entrance sensor

can someone look this over and see if it makes sense... the parts manuals don't provide much help...

    any help is appreciated...

The seperation pad is usually the culprit for those DF Jams. Most machines we have replaced the takeup rollers and have a callback until the seperation pad is replaced then we stop getting vcare notifications and calls from angry customers. For the j1201 the feed clutch usually has buildup on the shaft and does not function correctly. Either replace clutch or polish the shaft with alcohol or run a scotch brite through it to take off the buildup. I haven't been lucky enough to witness those finisher jams yet so I don't have much info on that.

I had some of those finisher jam codes. Found piece of paper can get inside the finisher unit. In my case paper was stuck on a gear inside the rear right side of the finisher. Pain in the butt to deal with ... ! Not the greatest design I've noticed.
