654 Memory Issue.

I have 2 654 that are failing large jobs both during print and before print. I have formatted the hard drives. No luck.

KM has the memory upgrade on back order or 'never again will sell"

Will a RIP help the memory issue for Large jobs?

make sure "spool to HDD" is enabled in user mode-printer settings.
and use the real PS driver not that universal trash (if thats the case)

Ok we are using the PCL universal. So shit can that and spool to HDD, those are in the driver settings or on the machine?
