    [Misc] Firmware Update

    Hello Again

This is another KM 224e that fails to wake up after entering sleep mode. I have adjusted it's sleep mode settings but it just won't play along. Does anyone have the latest firmware to fix these bugs.

I did have some firmware but my old computer went on the fritz and left me cold.

Any help is greatly appreciated as I don't have much hair left to pull out

    Regards

I have gone the firmware and settings change route without any luck. Just go into service mode, system 1, sleep on off choice setting and change to permit. Then go into admin mode and sleep mode and change it from yes to no. That will prevent the machine from going into sleep mode. It has worked every time I have done it.

      ^^^^100% agreed^^^^
low power time max out but turn sleep off definitely.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...

Hi, I also suggest trying this:
        1. Windows printer settings.
        2. Right click on the printer> Printer Properties.
        3. Settings.
        4. Wake-On-Lan settings.
        5. Check Awake before printing from Power Saving Mode.
