    " Please close right side cover" error on C6500.

    There is no right side cover. Everything is closed. What gives here?

      there has to be a switch involved to throw that message... break out parts manual and search for it

          the c6500 has a right cover, its accessed through the paper feed unit door if the machine has one.
          We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
          The medication helps though...
