bizhub c6500 c2701-2702-2703-2704

Hello
I have a strange problem with a c6500 copier
It gives c2701-2704 codes.
Also when you try to do any adjustment you can hear that the drum and dv motors are running too fast and the touchscreen bord image its starting to act like the power is going off and it gives c2703 code.
I changed the hv/1 and both power sources, changed charge coronas, swaped drum units and still no change.
Also i cant print any test pages in test mode since it will go in service code as soon as i press start.

If any1 got any ideas..please let me know

sounds like a short or maybe poor ground at the outlet?
all i found was..
Root Cause
C-2701, C-2702, C-2703 or C-2704.

Workaround/Fix
PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. A failed HV power source/1.
Replace HV power source/1 (p/n A03U M403 00).

2. A failed charge corona (Charging Unit).
C-2701 - Charging corona/Y
C-2702 - Charging corona/M
C-2703 - Charging corona/C
C-2704 - Charging corona/K
Replace the affected Charging Unit.
