color registration

    [CQ] color registration

    dear friends,today I visited a machine.that is bh c308 having color mis registration about one inch differance for each color.
    but back ground some black lines thought the paper.
    i cleaned idc sensors,checked harness.
    checked ph unit ribbon cables.but no change.

    I attached sample.

    plz give me some solution .

      wow... you need to get the line issue straight before trying color registration.... all that mess is confusing the registration sensors.

      look at black drum/dev unit for the lines... maybe even a HVPS issue

          Looks digital. I would inspect connectors and stuff on the boards and laser. Could be a unit.

            Its too wide for color registration.

            Any warning codes on the panel?

            Check wires, flat cables, disconnect/reconnect if possible.
            I have one issue, with magenta sagging too wide from black, replacing the PH solve the problem.

              Dear ,
              Remove the PH unit from machine and opened it and remove the Polygon motor cover and cleaned the polygon motor with soft cloth And fix it back in the machine.
              Your problem will be solved.

                No,
                it is not related to those parts but the only problem of due to dusty PH unit polygon motor.
                Just cleaned that and thia problem got fixed.
