Bizhub C224 Firmware and movie data

I work on a Bizhub c224 where ask for movie data, I have a movie data for c224e but I have a NG

Someone can send me a for pm the rigth firmware and movie for this machine please?

Yes the C224 & C224e use differant annimation data.
