    KM C224e import question

I have a client who has a KM C224e in one office and a Terdshiba in another office. They want to import the user codes from the Toshiba into the KM C224e. Is it possible to import the user codes from 2 different MFP's? Or will they manually need to be entered?

Best way is to have the two machine brouwers open at the address book page then just copy/paste from one to the other.

          Hi,

Unfortunately, I think this doesn't work because Konica Minolta use encryption

KM's Page Scope Data Admin can do this, you would need to export the Terdshiba (lol) address book into a .csv, then you can choose "import from a file" in PSDA. You will need to manually define which column belongs to the "name", "email address" fields, and if the names in the exported file are in 2 separate columns you will need to concantinate those columns. You can also use PSDA to bring in user authentication info the same way. I have done this with Toshiba and Ricoh devices many times. Emujo
