    OpenAPI Version C224 series

    Dear All ,

    We are trying to implement an embedded application (follow me / pull print ) on the C224 Series for one of our customers , this application requires OpenAPI version 4 to run .

    We are using Firmware - A1610Y0-F000-GB2-K9(00) which is giving us API version 3 .

    Can anyone help us advising on how we could upgrade to OpenAPI version 4 ?

    Help is greatly appreciated as we are on a dead end since the last 3 weeks.

      upgrade the firmware to ver M1, it supports API ver 4.7

          c224e or no e?
          M1 is for the e version.
          the non e ver only supports to v3.7
          We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.

              Hi Synthohol ,

              I've found a on the Service Bulletin of the FW version A1610Y0-F000-GBF-M0 it supports OpenAPI version 4.7 for these models , but when we upgrade the firmware some how the OpenAPI version remains the same (V3.7) is these another way or process to upgrade the OpenAPI version ?

                  There is likely a software switch to change. Likely sw 25
                  Dunno which hex input though.
