[Misc] Konica Minolta C224e - Not Printing/Copying

Afternoon,

I have a KMC224e that doesn't print or copy.... The machine turns on and comes to ready and you can take a copy as you would normally i.e the document goes thru the feeder ok. The machine flashes at the front and you can see the job in the history but it doesn't come out or make the processing noise.

I've done the following:

• Updated Firmware
• Formatted the HDD
• Ran the diagnostics in 'State Confirmation' - everything checks out OK
• Performed the 'Data Initialization'

Any thoughts about this would be appreciated before it gets expensive

one of the parts is over life. I think...
Try soft switch 51 HEX F0 and 55 HEX 0C.

If your parts life are not at life stop check user authentication/account track has not been enabled.
