    BH 558E E301 several times a day.

    Was hoping this wasnt going to be an issue issue on this model. Everything has been reseated, has latest firmware and diagnostic check come out fine. Machine is only a few weeks old. Good times!!

          Carefully reset the ram chip(s)

          301 is an incorrect memory error
          We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
          The medication helps though...

              Well, since ive posted this there has been a firmware update within the past few minutes that fixes this possible (E301) and a lot of other things. Will update you guys in a few days, as im downloading the firmware as i type this.

                      I went ahead and updated the firmware in hopes that will take care of the issue. If not, i will look into resetting those chips. That will be a first for me.

                          Hi, this could also be a problem with PDF files.
                          This happened to us in a bizhub 458.
                          Instead of using Chrome, they now print with Adobe Acrobat and the problem is gone.
