    c8000 toner leak

    hello guys
    its me bothering again, i have problem in c8000 from customer, cant get around it
    toner is leaking under 2nd transfer section as in photo and like the much it is ends going even to adu duplex section

    i have tried dipswitch from toner control
    have swapped belt assy (a1rfr71522)
    2nd transfer cleaning unit (a1rfr71422)
    neutralizing holder (dont remember part number)
    have checked all gears ok
    swapped developers cmyk
    just today i cleaned connection contacts and whole vacuum the machine and clean rollers

    i have to vacuum whole machine every 10k or so print
    cant find the mistake
    would like your experienced input

    from the looks of it you have a problem in the K system. how do the PCU's look?

      have had problems with misting caused by the filter system being all full of toner (the ports and tubing from process unit all the way to the slide in filter set needs to be cleaned out)

        It looks like waste toner to me, have you checked the waste toner pipe on the back of the machine? Behind the process unit?
