[Misc] Series 8 Boot up screen message "Preparing Security/External Document

Has anyone seen this message on power up on a Konica C308?

    Preparing Security/External Document.

What settings in the machine have to be made to make it display this?C308 Message.JPG

Seems like a message to do with a solution that's installed on the machine. What sort of optional software was sold with it? Does the message go away after finishing bootup?

The message goes away after boot up. No optional software installed and latest function version 4.1 firmware.

We just got a machine in that has this exact same message. It also will not finish preparing user boxes either. Removed HDD and message still appears. Did you have any luck with this?
