    BH C754 Dead Touch Screen

    Updated Firmware, now touchscreen unresponsive. All else ok.

      So you are saying machine was fine before updating F/W? Did the update process get interrupted when downloading to machine? Was it the right F/W? I would try a different F/W or even go back to the original F/W

          Yes, the machine was working fine before the FW update. I found out afterwards that I went backwards, and inadvertently installed the original production FW, instead of updating it to te latest version. I've been trying to locate the latest version, but haven't found it yet. I NEED IT PLEASE, if someone cold share it with me. Thank you!

                  Updating the firmware to version .72 brought my touchscreen back to life. Thank you copyman!
