Bizhub C552 C-D401

Hi all.
Anyone seen this code ( C-D401) before.
Service manual says NACK command incorrect.
Not sure what this means. Going to try firmware first, i havent been there yet,another tech has been and can not resolve this issue.
Any advice will be appreciated.

I have never seen that code but with a weird code like that I would re-initialize / system clear as a last resort. Backup all the settings first.
