I don't know anything about firmware in Europe.
I know that here in the US there is different firmware for Yellow or red dots next to the lens.

I sent it to your email, let me know if you didn't get it.
Make sure that you install the right firmware, yellow or red dot by the lens are different firmware.

My c220 located in Hong Kong but the new MFP is from US. I will try if the firmware is applicable.

we are a non-profit sports club (Startseite >> TSV 1895 Oftersheim e.V.) and a company gratefully provided us their "old" bizhub C220.

Since quite some time, we unfortunately can't connect it to the network properly. From what I read we need the latest firmware.

Can anyone please make this available for us?

We can supply you with the latest firmware, drop us an email.

However, if the only issue you have is not being able to connect the copier to your network its most likely only a setting issue.

Log in as an administrator & change the TCIP settings to DHCP, allow the device to pick up an ip address, when it does install the printer driver using this IP address.

However, if the only issue you have is not being able to connect the copier to your network its most likely only a setting issue.

The issue is, that our firmware only has SMB1 which Windows 10 and our NAS no longer supports (disabled for security reasons). So, my hope is, that the newer firmware will support SMB2/3.

Unfortunately no update was released for SMB 2/3 support for the C220 series.

However it does support SSl with a firmware update so you can scan to email using most clients (gmail for example)
This maybe a work around for you.

Thanks for this information. As the PCs and the FritzBox do not have a FTP server (and I don't want to install it on each machine), I'll try to get a cheap NAS for that.
