    [Misc] Overwrite all data

This tool in administrator mode is handy for end of lease machines. Not only does it overwrite the hdd to whatever standard you choose, it clears out addresses etc that are not stored on the hdd. You can also have it print a confirmation report which details the machine serial number, hdd serial number and type of overwrite. See Descriptions of Functions / Utility Keys All this great is if you like to keep records of wiping customers data.

However, there is a problem. If any of the drums/devs are on zero, the confirmation report won't print. Even if units are set to "no stop" in service mode, during the overwrite the machine is returned to factory default and units then revert to "stop" which prevents the confirmation report from printing.

    Any way around this?

    Thanks in advance!

Yeah, in service mode system initialization choose data clear. It will delete everything including the movie data.
Then if you want to be totally OCD you can LOGICAL format the hdd.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...
