[Error Code] bizhub C3350 Error 9303 no duplex

    Hello.

We have a bizhub C3350 with the error 93-03.
If we want to print or copy in duplex the paper come out, but in the lower output, like we print simplex.
Normally it should come out in the upper output and then the paper go back in the printer and the second page will be printed. But the sheet come out completely and after it come out we have error 93-03.

In the device is a motor which moves and "change the way the paper should come out, but we dont have another machine to change this motor.
    Do anybody know the reason?

    Regards, Paul
