It would be infinitely more helpful to know the actual jam code, rather than the enduser jam location number. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.

4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

Jam location 14, also call "misfeed" on screen.turns out to be a piece of ripped pper stuck in duplex unit on the door. You need a light/torch to see it.
The cause of it, fuser entrace guide adhesive lifted. (32-01 as well)Idling colour developers are not healthy developers.Comment
