Konica Minolta C652 Error C163

hi guys .
I have a copier which few days ago stopped working and went black screen.
So I changed PRCB and MFP and NVRAM and Echo board altogether and I unfortunately face this code .
I also try different boards and still shows this code.
does anybody have a clue about it ?

I almost forgot . I also upgrade the firmware on all sections including MFP controller.

Did you put the original EEPROM on the replacement board?

Did you changes all the boards in one go?

No. I set a new EEPROM on the machine and also I changed the boards in order via service manual instruction.
