    admin mode, authentication/account track.
    turn it off.
service mode systam 2? remove the driver.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

PKI settings are a combo of firmware (on older KM's) and softswitch settings. They are designed to prevent unauthorized access to the device. Giving you the info to do this could give you access to sensitive data. If you are a trained KM tech, you can reach out to support to walk you through this. If you are not direct or dealer, you may need to pay a KM tech to do this for you. Another route might be to have the seller pay for the work.

Edit..Are you sure you don't mean Bizhub Secure?? If you tried to put in a HDD with Bizhub secure on it, you would be getting a "enter passphrase" before the MFP would be able to proceed. Without the correct passphrase all you can do is perform a physical format of the HDD. Emujo
