Unable To Get to SM on KM 363

Hello fellow techs,

Looks like someone has changed the standard entry into service mode.

The Utility-View-00-Stop-01 isn't working. Also I note the majority of "Admin" features are not available as well.

I'll assume some IT person had too much caffeine download one morning and played with YouTube DIY.

Can someone explain how to do a reset when service mode is not available....

Your key sequence is not correct.

Try utility/counter/check details stop 00 stop 01

This also occurs if a job ( like a fax) is in memory.
