konica c360 touch screen not working after power save mode

When this machine goes into power save, the screen stays dark as it and when it warms up. is this a know issue?

P.S.
It's not strange to me how many people in CTN find out that solution of their problems is new Firmware, i mean any kind of strange problems to trivial problems.
Would guess close to 20% of all topics in KM section are somehow Firmware related.
FIRST or Second thing to be done if one is in trouble with unknown issues is to check how old is machine's Firmware, if it's ancient like the dinosaurs...then there's great chance update of machine to cure it.
Just my thoughts
