Bizhub C454e and AccurioPress 3070L with a fiery IC417

1st question, I have received a bizhub c454e (firmware is @ J6) that when you press utility it asks for the admin password to get you to the utility menu (user settings, admin settings etc) where do I find the function to disable this? I've looked in user manuals and service books but am hard pressed to find anything. Any help would be appreciated.

2nd question, brand new accuriopress C3070L, does it support compact pdf as a file format for scanning? I didnt see a setting for that directly or is it set inside the fiery itself somewhere? Any and all help is very much appreciated!

ad 1.
Check DipSW 200 - probably it's set to hex value 20, then set it to 00

ad 2.
According to the manual, following file types are available: PDF, PDF/A-1a, PDF/A-1b, CompactPDF, CompactPDF/A-1a, CompactPDF/A-1b, TIFF, XPS, JPEG
So... yes, it does.

regarding compact pdf on the 3070, it looks like that's if you have the ic-605 installed. Wouldn't that conflict with the ic-417 if installed? Thoughts?
