Thanks for that. It shows unset already. All functions grey out on user screen still and asking for a username and password on main boot up screen.Comment

Try this:

Now when I reboot I just get a black screen I can’t get it to boot all the way up anymore
tried unplugging hdd and unplug control panel and back in as well as unplug all from main bird and back in. Still dead.
power light on top is blue and start is orange and screen

You probably have corrupted firmware. There is special recovery firmware and the procedure to install it on the KM technical website.Comment

This is weird. I should try to enable/disable User Authentication/Account Track next time I visit such a machine.
