BH-C-280/360 series, user password for color

Did try to find an answer in the manuals but am confused by the load of information about authentication etc.
What I need is the option that a user has to enter a password or code to use the COLOR-copy function of the machine.

The display of the machine is set for B&W copying and anyone should be able to use that function. But customer wants to inhibit color copying and allowing it only after entering a password or code. Is there a setting for that?

set up user authentication, and public user, only allow public user to copy in black and set up an account and password for colour

And set public user with no password so it's on copy screen otherwise it defaults to login screen.

When you set permissions for public user it's on page 50. People often don't see it
