I want to know what is the difference between Konica Minolta Japan and Konica Minolta USA?

Konica Minolta is Japanese brand, head quarters in Tokyo while Konica Minolta USA is a separate and far far away region? KM USA is under Japan or USA is independent?

Just the locations are different. It's the same company however the marketing profiles are different between countries. Some models are available across the great pond but not found or sold in the US.

There is also Konica Minolta EU
Each location has a preference market
