    [Dead] Konica BizHub C3850 black screen

    The call was for a blank screen. Arrived to find op panel dead. Black screen. Start button and power buttons are lit. Rebooted. Machine goes trough it's start up test. Seems to boot up, just a black screen. It is not the op panel as I first replaced that. Main Board? HDD?
    Thanks for any ideas.

      These are known for control panel failures.

          First option is to swap out SSD card

              NOOOOOO... Known Problem is the UK211 memory chip.
